Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) addresses imbalances in estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone that can affect mood, sleep, energy, and weight. Offered for both women and men, this service supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, fatigue, brain fog, low libido, or metabolic challenges as part of a comprehensive, whole-person approach to mental and physical health.
Weight Loss Management

We offer a personalized, evidence-based approach to weight management that supports overall physical and mental wellbeing. Care includes individualized discussions around nutrition, physical activity, and behavioural strategies, along with laboratory evaluations when clinically indicated to identify metabolic factors that may affect weight.
Patients do not need to be established psychiatric patients to participate in this service.
When appropriate, treatment plans may include:
Medically indicated appetite regulation therapies, including GLP-1–based treatment options
Targeted vitamin or nutrient support
Lifestyle and behavioural interventions to promote sustainable results
Our focus goes beyond weight loss alone, emphasizing long-term changes that support metabolic health, energy, mental clarity, and overall quality of life.
